Terms of Service
The ground rules for renting with Pura Fiesta KOP. Effective July 1, 2026.
1. Agreement
By requesting a quote, booking a rental, or using this website, you agree to these terms. "We" and "us" mean Pura Fiesta KOP of King of Prussia, PA; "you" means the person booking the rental, who must be at least 18.
2. Quotes & bookings
- Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your date and equipment are reserved only once we confirm availability with you and you accept the quote.
- All pricing is provided per quote based on your items, date, location, and setup needs.
- We may decline or reschedule a booking if the site, surface, or conditions aren't safe for the equipment.
3. Payment & cancellations
- Payment terms (deposit, balance, and accepted methods) are confirmed with your quote.
- If you need to cancel or move your date, tell us as early as you can — we'll always try to reschedule you first.
- Weather: inflatables can't run safely in high winds, storms, or heavy rain. If severe weather is forecast, we'll work with you to reschedule or arrange an indoor alternative. Weather-related rescheduling is never penalized.
4. Delivery, setup & pickup
- We deliver, anchor, set up, and pick up the equipment. Setup on grass uses ground stakes; pavement, patios, and gym floors use weighted sandbags.
- You're responsible for providing accurate site details: enough space and overhead clearance, a reachable setup path, and a standard grounded outlet within about 100 feet (or add our generator).
- Underground utilities: please flag sprinkler lines, septic fields, or buried lines in the setup area before we stake.
5. Safe use of equipment
Between delivery and pickup, the equipment is in your care. You agree to:
- Keep a responsible adult supervising inflatables at all times.
- Follow posted capacity and age guidance; keep shoes, glasses, jewelry, sharp objects, food, drinks, and silly string out of inflatables.
- Turn off and exit inflatables if winds pick up or weather turns, and keep the blower running while in use.
- Not move, modify, or re-anchor the equipment yourself.
6. Damage & responsibility
Normal wear is on us. Damage from misuse, neglect, silly string, or violation of these rules — or loss or theft while the equipment is in your care — is your responsibility at repair or replacement cost.
7. Assumption of risk & liability
Bounce houses and party equipment involve inherent risks when used improperly. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, you assume responsibility for the supervised use of the equipment during your rental, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Pura Fiesta KOP is licensed and insured; certificates of insurance are available for churches, community venues, and events that require one.
8. Website
Site content (text, photos, branding) belongs to Pura Fiesta KOP or its licensors — please don't reuse it without permission. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, PA.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here with the latest effective date applies.
