Who we are
Pura Fiesta KOP ("we," "us") is a family-run party and bounce house rental business based in King of Prussia, PA 19406, serving Montgomery County and the Hershey, PA area. You can reach us at no-reply@purafiestakop.com or (717) 614-9315.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to plan your rental:
- Quote requests. When you use our booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any event details you share — date, start and finish times, location, event type, rentals needed, guest count, and your message.
- Direct contact. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the conversation so we can follow up on your booking.
- Analytics (optional). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, device type, and general region. This never includes your name or form entries.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and confirm availability.
- To plan and deliver your rental (delivery, setup, pickup).
- To send you a confirmation email when your request comes through.
- To keep a booking record on our own server so we don't lose your request.
- To improve the website (analytics, with consent).
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies & analytics
The site itself works without cookies. If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-9E87RZ6BZJ), which sets cookies to help us count visits and understand what's useful. If you click "Decline," analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set — the site works exactly the same either way.
You can change your mind anytime: click here to reset your cookie choice and the banner will ask again, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
reCAPTCHA
Our booking forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we share information
We share information only with the services that keep the business running — our web hosting and email provider — and only as needed to respond to you. We may disclose information if the law requires it. That's it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them for scheduling, records, and any follow-up questions about your event. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time.

Children's privacy
Our parties are for kids — our website isn't. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; bookings are made by adults.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
