How We Deliver & Set Up
The practical stuff a real local crew knows — so your day runs smoothly from drop-off to pickup.
We regularly set up in KoP backyards, community halls, and township park pavilions around Montgomery County — tell us the surface and we'll bring the right anchors. On grass we secure every inflatable with ground stakes; on pavement, patios, or indoor floors we switch to weighted sandbags so nothing has to be driven into the ground.
Space matters, too. A classic castle needs roughly a 15×15 ft footprint with a few feet of clearance on every side and about 16 ft of overhead room; combo units with a slide and our obstacle course want more length, so we'll confirm your yard or room dimensions when you book. Every bounce house is sanitized and wiped down before it leaves our shop, and we inspect blowers, seams, and anchor points at each setup.
Power is simple: bounce houses and concession machines run on a standard grounded outlet within about 100 ft of the setup spot. If there's no outlet that close — common at park pavilions and open fields — add our quiet generator and power kit and we'll handle it.
Weather always comes first. Inflatables can't safely run in high winds or storms, so if severe weather is in the forecast we'll reach out to reschedule or arrange an indoor alternative. Most King of Prussia, Bridgeport, Swedeland and Upper Merion addresses get free local delivery, while extended runs to Phoenixville, Collegeville or the Hershey area are quoted per trip.
We're also happy to make the drive out to the Hershey and Derry Township area in Dauphin County for larger bookings — think community festivals, church events, and multi-item birthday setups that make the trip worthwhile. Those longer runs are quoted per trip and just need a little advance notice so we can plan the route and load-out, so reach out early if you're planning party & bounce house rentals in the Hershey, PA area. Yes — every order includes delivery, setup and pickup. We anchor each inflatable with stakes on grass or sandbags on pavement, make sure it's running safely, and come back to break it down and haul it away when your event wraps up.
Always. Every bounce house is sanitized and wiped down before it leaves our shop, and we inspect blowers, seams and anchor points before each event so your gear arrives clean and ready to go.
We recommend booking two to three weeks ahead — especially for spring and summer weekends and graduation season, when dates fill quickly. A small deposit reserves your date and equipment, and the balance is due before or on the day of the event.
